1. About DVLOP

DVLOP provides professional software development services including but not limited to:

  • Academic & Educational Projects

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Scope of Services

  • Services are delivered strictly based on mutually agreed scope, quotation, and timeline.
  • Any additional feature, revision, or scope expansion may require additional payment.
  • Academic or student projects are provided strictly for educational purposes and not for commercial deployment unless licensed separately.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made according to the milestones specified in your invoice or project proposal.
  • All deposits are non-refundable once work commences.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final product and specific deliverables as outlined in the agreement.
  • DVLOP retains the right to use the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
  • Underlying algorithms, proprietary code snippets, and pre-existing frameworks remain the property of DVLOP.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free.
  • DVLOP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or software.
  • Post-deployment support and maintenance are only provided if an active maintenance agreement is in place.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
  • Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Client data and project details are treated with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not sell client data to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
